Virtual-Actor.com promises to deliver the most innovative and dynamic website design possible to our customers. We do not offer refunds or "exchanges" as, after all, we are talking about a virtual product, here.
Standard Stuff
• Once purchased, a website package is not refundable for any reason.
• Clientele are given up to six months to submit materials. Materials must be in correct, resized format and submitted via the Site Creation instructions (www.virtual-actor.com/thankyou.html). Faliure to submit the materials in this format will delay site creation.
If a client chooses not to submit materials within this six month timeframe, the purchased website is expired and is non-refundable.
• While websites are generally completed in 4-12 weeks (depending on website design level), Virtual-Actor reserves the right to take up to a maximum of six months to complete the website design.
• Dissatisfaction, for whatever reason, may be forwarded to customerservice@virtual-actor.com. On a case-by-case basis, customers may request a one-time partial redesign.
• A sever storage charge of 1.33 (one dollar and thirty three cents per month) will be charged to client account yearly for upkeep and optimization, and pro-rated if client site has not yet gone live.
• If website materials are not submitted in the proper format within the timeframe provided, the website credit expires and no refund will be provided.
Hosting
• To receive a website with Virtual-Actor, clients are required to have domain name & hosting with GreenTeaHosting.com, Virtual-Actor's exclusive server.
• Virtual-Actor is not responsible for hosting costs or domain name costs.
Why Greentea?
Because GreenTea is a reliable, stable serve, and we are able to troubleshoot uploading problems if they ever happen. We cannot provide any support on 3rd party hosts, which are many times more expensive.
AgentBlast
• This is considered a PR service of Virtual-Actor.com
• We guarantee the minimum agent / manager number to be emailed out per package... generally including more
• We do not guarantee that agents or managers will sign you, that's up to you!
Photoshoots from Previous Photoshoot/Webdesign Packages
• Clients have up to six months to schedule a photoshoot. Clients will be given up to 3 available times if neccessary.
• Photographer has a maximum of six months to provide scheduling for photoshoots in New York and Los Angeles unless otherwise discussed.
• If a session is canceled immediately upon booking, a $100 penalty fee will be assessed.

FOR DISPUTES - EFFECTIVE 2010
Website clientele that attempt to do a "chargeback" due to a non-review of the above policies, faliure to submit website materials in the timeframe provided, etc. will be responsible for a $150 fine.
Disputes of any kind must be forwarded to customerservice@virtual-actor.com, and will be reviewed accordingly.
