Download JUST Site Files:
You can also download your site files by logging into GreenTeaHosting, GoDaddy, or whatever server you are registered with.
1) Go to "Hosting" under "My Products". Choose "Manage Hosting". The window that appears will have a large Files button. All of your site files are located, and can be downloaded to your computer, here. If you run into problems, you can contact the customer support number on Greentea, Godaddy, etc., and they will walk you through it.
